These days, as I slowly get older, I tend to really value the small, seemingly, unimportant things in life. There are moments that becomes special. One is drinking the water from the well at Hegymagas. Another is sitting at my favourite büfé at Római Part for some really good fried goodies and a cold beer a warm evening.
A third was yesterday evening. Toast, melted butter, freshly cut red onion, salami from a little factory in Kecskemét and the best green peppers I ever tasted. All from the local market. Such flavours!
